What time can we check-in?

Check in time at the welcome center is 9am to 3pm daily. If you will be arriving later than 3pm, you must call the welcome center at (386) 257-5735 BEFORE 3pm on the day of your arrival. No rooms will be held after 3pm without prior notification.

What can we expect at the Welcome Center?

The welcome center staff will provide you with a voucher for your accomodations and/or a tour appointment for your resort preview. Peak check-in times are from 12-3pm, expect some delays when checking in during these times. Once you have your accomodation voucher you may proceed to your hotel. Check-in time at the hotel is 4pm.

What can we expect during the tour and sales presentation?

During your presentation you'll have the oppurtunity to experience first hand knowledge of one of our premier resorts. You'll also learn about our exclusive, flexible point system that makes vacation planning a breeze and see why millions of families have chosen vacation ownership to enhance their leisure time. We realize your vacation time is valuable...in fact, value is what we are all about and we believe you'll find the no pressure atmosphere relaxing and informative.

Are we required to purchase anything?

You are under no obligation to buy. However, once you see how valuable this offer is you will surely want to plan your next vacation the vacation club way. The preview is an informative and fun filled presentation of the benefits that Club Members share. There's no pressure, but at the conclusion you will be asked for a polite no, or an enthusiastic yes, if you wish to join.
